We feel proud to hear the success stories of our esteemed alumni who have continuously raised the bar for the following batches to match with their performances. All of you have been great mentors for the various batches of MBA and have nourished them with the industrial trends.     I wonder why there are so few girls who opt to do a full-time MBA? It is a very lucrative degree and the chances of getting a good job are very high. More girls should come into this field.

    Congratulations IIT Kanpur for this! I have read about the achievements and honours which your institute has earned over all these years. I believe your institute is also considered as one of the B schools with best ROI. India requires more such pioneers of education who take careers seriously.

5 Lessons from MBA IIT Kanpur

1.      Learning is not confined only to classrooms As the first semester is over, I realize that apart from classroom subject matter, there are a lot more things that I have learnt here. Learning takes place in almost every aspect of one's life at MBA IIT K. The induction activities that our seniors conducted before the official start of the semester was a great way to interact with the batch-mates. The group projects and the assignments that followed after the semester began, taught us the art of working productively in teams, time management, importance of feedback and learning while mingling with the people from diverse backgrounds. MBA @ IIT Kanpur: More than just an MBA

The season of summer internship has already started for MBA batch of 2013. All have already joined their respective summer-organizations and seem to be enjoying the work and the change. For some it’s a break from campus life and much awaited break from study. College graduates who don’t take a “working” break and join MBA program find an opportunity to earn their first salary-a beautiful experience which I need not explain for obvious reason. While the excitement among fresh college graduates about summer internship is understandable, experienced students cannot be left in exception either. They are found equally excited. Perhaps the break from study is the main reason.
